Welcome to The Ensemble Project! We’re excited to collaborate with you to create something beautiful. We want to ensure your experience is seamless and enjoyable, here’s what you can expect from our services.

  • Let’s get acquainted! We offer video, phone, or in-person consultations tailored to your preferences.

  • We value staying connected! Reach us through:

    • Phone, email, or text

    • Video calls via Zoom, IG/FB Messenger, or MS Teams

  • Perfecting your fit is our priority! Fittings must be conducted in person to ensure precision.

  • We’re flexible! Let us know your scheduling preferences, and we’ll work to accommodate them.

  • To begin your project:

    • A $50 deposit is required to secure our services.

    • 30% of the total is due at the start of each session until paid in full. The garment will be released to the Client when final payment is made.

    • Payment confirmations are provided instantly. Updated invoices are sent 48-72 hours after payment is received.

    • Rush jobs: Expedited projects with an expected completion of 7 days or less will incur additional labor charges

  • Looking for something extra? Add-on services are available upon request, with revised invoices provided within 48-72 hours.

    • Your time is important to us! Initial inquiries will be answered within 48 hours.

    • Preliminary invoices will be sent 48-72 hours after the consultation.

    • Appointment reminders are provided 24 hours before your scheduled time.

  • Life happens! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will result in a $50 fee added to your final invoice.

    The Ensemble Project Responsibility - If we need to cancel your appointment, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance. In addition, we will provide up to three rescheduling options that best suit your availability.

  • Timeliness is key! If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will incur a $35 late fee added to your final invoice.

    The Ensemble Project Responsibility - If your seamstress is more than 20 minutes late, we will offer a $35 deduction from your final invoice or provide a complimentary handmade gift as a gesture of goodwill.

  • We value your commitment! Missed appointments will result in a $50 inconvenience fee added to your final invoice to continue services.

    The Ensemble Project Responsibility - If we fail to honor an appointment without prior notice of at least 24 hours, we will reach out promptly to apologize and reschedule. A handmade gift or a $50 invoice deduction will be provided as compensation for the inconvenience.
