To begin your project:

• A $50 deposit is required to secure our services.

• 30% of the total is due at the start of each session until paid in full. The garment will be released to the Client when final payment is made.

• Payment confirmations are provided instantly. Updated invoices are sent 48-72 hours after payment is received.

• Rush jobs: Expedited projects with an expected completion of 7 days or less will incur additional labor charges

Life happens! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations will result in a $50 fee added to your final invoice.

The Ensemble Project Responsibility - If we need to cancel your appointment, we will notify you at least 24 hours in advance. In addition, we will provide up to three rescheduling options that best suit your availability.

Timeliness is key! If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late will incur a $35 late fee added to your final invoice.

The Ensemble Project Responsibility - If your seamstress is more than 20 minutes late, we will offer a $35 deduction from your final invoice or provide a complimentary handmade gift as a gesture of goodwill.

We value your commitment! Missed appointments will result in a $50 inconvenience fee added to your final invoice to continue services.

The Ensemble Project Responsibility - If we fail to honor an appointment without prior notice of at least 24 hours, we will reach out promptly to apologize and reschedule. A handmade gift or a $50 invoice deduction will be provided as compensation for the inconvenience.
