During our introduction (via phone, messenger, video chat, or email), we will discuss your style request or fashion inquiry and schedule your first consultation.

During our consultation, we'll get to know each other better and discuss your request in detail so I can understand your concerns, ideas, and goals to curate a personal style profile and customized action plan.
After our consultation, we will schedule your sessions based on your personalized style action plan.

In each session, we'll carefully work through your personalized style plan at a comfortable pace for you.

In our follow up session (via email, messenger, video chat/phone call, meet-up) you’ll have the opportunity to share your experience with the TEP services. We’re excited to hear how you're enjoying the outcomes! Your satisfaction and feedback are very important to us! The follow-up session is entirely optional.
